Programme offerings

Select the programme that interests you from among the categories featured on the site’s main page.  Click on the Details button to open the programme subpage and view a comprehensive and detailed description of the event, using the drop-down menus to select the type and number of tickets and the desired date.  Click on the Add to Cart button to place the selected tickets into your cart.  Then select the Continue Shopping link to return to the Main page, where you can select tickets for further Danubius Hotels programmes and add them to your cart, or pay for the tickets you have already selected.

Tickets sold out

In the event a programme is labelled “Sold out” or “Unavailable,” the event in question has unfortunately already reached full capacity and our online system has no further tickets available.


This option places the selected tickets in your shopping cart.
By clicking on the Change / Remove links to the right, selected tickets can be modified or removed from your list prior to payment.  To select additional tickets, click on the “Continue Shopping” button.
Users are advised that before clicking on “Pay Now,” they should check that
  • the tickets in their cart are the ones they wish to purchase
  • the date and number of tickets they have selected are correct.
Once your tickets have been purchased, we are unable to exchange or refund you for them, except where an event has been cancelled.  In browsing our Webshop, you may return to your cart at any time by clicking on the Cart icon at the top of the screen.


Ticket purchases made through our system occur via independent transaction.
Once you have placed the desired ticket or tickets into your cart, provided the necessary information, and clicked on the Pay Now button, the system takes you on OTP Bank interface, where you may pay with your MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Visa Electron, or Visa bank card using a secure line.
Our system allows for the purchase of tickets only, and does not deal with reservations or layaways.  Once you have entered your information and provided the bank interface with your card data and the bank has accepted your submission, the purchase is complete.  In accordance with the above, once purchased, tickets for the given date and time may not be modified, cancelled, or retracted.

Electronic vouchers

Following purchase, we will send a confirmation e-mail to the address provided during the transaction.  The message will include detailed information on the tickets purchased and links to your electronic vouchers.  The PDF vouchers can be opened using Adobe Reader, which can be downloaded free of charge here: Download Adobe Reader

The voucher is only valid in printed form.  Because we cannot admit persons citing names and reservation codes at the site, we ask that you please not forget to bring the printed voucher with you.  You may enter the venue once the QR code appearing on the voucher has been identified. 


We ask that you do not under any circumstances allow unauthorised third parties to make copies of your voucher/vouchers.

Table reservations, admission

Once you have purchased your tickets for programs involving seated meals, no separate table reservations are necessary, as the purchase itself guarantees the reservation.  
Tables are booked according to the number of tickets purchased via a single transaction.
(E.g.:  a ticket for two results in the booking of a table for two, a ticket for four in the booking of a table for four)

With tickets for festival-type events, admission will occur in order of arrival.


An electronic invoice based on the invoicing information given during the transaction will be issued automatically for every ticket purchase and delivered via the link found in your confirmation e-mail.   We therefore ask that you take care in filling out your invoicing information accurately.
