• Pork rilette, home-made sourdough bread, fermented vegetables

Main Courses

• Duck confit, ginger redc abbage
• Pork tenderloin in a herb crust, sweet potato flakes, mustard caviar, black garlic

Desserts

• Sweet cottage cheese noodle pie / vargabéles /, spiced apricot chutney, golden raisin crisps
• Panna cotta, pineapple-mango ragout
